See how (and why) Wolverine and Viper say “I do!” in their marriage of crime and convenience.In the catacombs beneath Madripoor's Princess Bar, after being released from the Viper's control, Shadowcat (Kitty Pryde), Phoenix, Rogue, Psylocke, Jubilee, Jessica Drew, Tyger Tiger and Yukio are gathered around Logan and Viper. They stand there aghast as Logan repeats his statement: Viper is his wife. Jubilee and Phoenix express their disbelief and outrage, and shortly, the women, all except for Kitty, leave.Later, Logan explains to Kitty that he must honor a vow he made to Seraph, the previous owner of the Princess Bar. She had seen him through a particularly difficult time, so he was indebted to her. At this point, Viper was a mercenary who had aided them in a gunfight which left Seraph mortally wounded.
