Ernie takes his new military machine to Washington where the defense are having a hard time locating Ernie for a precision strike due to it being Halloween and stops him standing out so much.Ernie's military machine starts to lay waste to the capitol and the pentagon distracting the defense from Ernie's true location. Rick is on the trail of Billy and Judy as he tries to add his siblings to the army of undead, they hide at the Lincoln memorial only for it to be destroyed with a wrecking-ball. Mary and Price manage to break out of the MP's custody and arm up to face Ernie who is focused on taking out the president.Mary uses a sniper rifle to take down Ernie with a 400 yard head-shot only to find it was a decoy. They race to the Whitehouse and find Ernie has broken in and they start to engage him, they watch him kill with feats of strength that show he is far more powerful now. Smiley button talks for the first time and warns Ernie against being distracted again by personal vendettas...
