<hr/><p>The Fatal Five rush to Earth, specifically Metropolis, while they leave the Legion of Super-Heroes to tangle with the citizens of Talok. The Legion learn that the citizens are being brainwashed through a machine and destroy that machine. The Legionnaires, along with Shadow Lass, arrive in Metropolis in time to fight back against the Fatal Five. They battle, with Shadow Lass being the deciding factor in defeating the Fatal Five and the villains flee. Shadow Lass becomes the newest member of the Legion of Super-Heroes.</p>
